Their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. We are proud to announce several deserving promotions within the Regency family.
Craig Gill: Al’s Oasis in Oacoma, South Dakota
Gill spent two and a half years as the General Manager at the Pierre Ramkota Hotel. He provided his team with tremendous support and leadership. Gill and his family are relocating to the Chamberlain area to take over as General Manager of Al’s Oasis. From there, he will transition to Arrowwood Resort at Cedar Shore and serve as its General Manager.
Debi Kessler: Ramkota Hotel & Conference Center in Pierre, South Dakota
Kessler has served as the Director of Sales at the Pierre Ramkota Hotel, and in that time has brought great success to the hotel. She has rebuilt the sales pipeline and helped instill a sense of trust with guests, providing them with the best experience possible. Kessler will continue to push the property’s sales forward as its new General Manager.
Zak Cook-Isaacson: Ramada Plaza in Omaha, Nebraska
Cook-Isaacson joins the Regency family as its newest team member. He brings years of experience to the Ramada Plaza in Omaha, Nebraska, as its new General Manager. Cook-Isaacson’s prior experience includes Manager on Duty of a 600-room airport hotel, a general manager of a boutique hotel, and more. His enthusiastic and positive attitude motivates his team members to do their best every day.
Adam Herbranson: Best Western PLUS Bloomington Hotel of Mall of America
Herbranson is the new General Manager at the Best Western PLUS Bloomington Hotel of Mall of America. His years of general manager experience at branded hotels and hands-on mentality will set him up for success in his newest role. He’s focused on building a team of new leaders and has already hired a new Executive Housekeeper and Front Office Manager. He hopes to promote a healthy work culture and positive environment—one that will result in successful team members and happy guests.
Karin East: Ramkota Hotel in Casper, Wyoming
East has been promoted to Regional Director of Sales at the Ramkota Hotel in Casper, Wyoming.
She has served as the Director of Sales in Casper for the past five years. She got her start in the hotel industry in 1984 and since then has learned the ins and outs of every department.
In her new role, East will work directly with Regency’s corporate office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. In addition to Casper, she will oversee sales operations at four other Regency properties in South Dakota—the Lodge at Deadwood, the Best Western Ramkota in Rapid City, the Pierre Ramkota Hotel, and ClubHouse Hotel & Suites in Pierre.
Megan Miller: Ramkota Hotel in Casper, Wyoming
Miller has been promoted to the Director of Sales at the Ramkota Hotel in Casper, Wyoming. She’s been with the hotel for seven years. She most recently served as its Sales Manager for the past four years, where she oversaw the corporate market. She is currently majoring in Hospitality Management at Casper College.
Justin Baxter: Ramkota Hotel in Casper, Wyoming
Baxter brings extensive sales and motivational speaking experience to his new Sales Manager role at the Ramkota Hotel in Casper, Wyoming. He will relocate to Casper from Cody, Wyoming.
