Celebrating 40 Years of Excellence

Congratulations to Joel Larson of the Crowne Plaza Minneapolis West on his well-deserved retirement after a 40 year hospitality career!

Wrapping up a career of amazing client-building relationships, teamwork and dedication, Joel had been in the industry in various leadership capacities since 1982 –having started with RHM in 2011 in Sioux Falls and moving to Plymouth soon thereafter – having been a leader with our Crowne Plaza sales team since. Joel’s ability to build long-standing relationships with clients, interface with his coworkers, and generally set the example of dedication and consistency isn’t easily matched. Yesterday, we celebrated Joel with a retirement reception of coworkers at the hotel and shared in all the good memories, shared many laughs and maybe shed some tears.
